Zen Education operates through two inseparable dimensions: a theoretical orientation articulated as Meditative Critical Humanities, and practical modes enacted through Three Pathways.

Both are grounded in a shared core: CARE as the meditative framework, and HEED as the critical engagement with contemporary conditions.
